How to get here

The road to reach Villa Panconesi will be an occasion for you to discover the part of Tuscany that can be called “pure.” From Montespertoli, you will leave behind a dense city center only to be surrounded by dense woods filled with pine, holm oak, oak, and olive trees which will make you completely forget the chaos of the city. You will feel as though your far from everything, immersed in a universe that changes color with the seasons.
Take full advantage and really experience your drive down this road promising just the beginning of the enchanting sights and sounds that await you. This spectacular road begins with a boulevard of monumental cypress trees.

Step 1) From Montespertoli

By car:
For those who arrive from highway A1 coming from Milan or Rome

• • Take Firenze Scandicci exit and take highway FI-PI-LI going toward Pisa-Livorno;
• • Sortir à la Ginestra Fiorentina et suivre les indications pour Montespertoli (8km).

For those who are coming from Siena by highway Firenze-Siena

• • Exit at North Poggibonsi and follow signs for Barberino Val D’Elsa, then continue on toward Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa and Marcialla and follow towards Lucardo;
• • At the end of Lucardo, turn left following signs for TENUTA MORIANO, continue on for around 3km until you see signs for Villa Panconesi;
• • Turn left following signs for TENUTA MORINAO and after around 1.8km, you will arrive at Villa Panconesi.

By plane:
How to get here from airports in Pisa and Florence

• • Signs will be labelled above the road Galiléo de Pise, follow highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno toward Firenze, exit at Ginestra Fiorentina and follow signs labeled above;
• • From airport Amerigo Vespucci in Florence: take the viadotto dell'Indiano exit at highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno follow the direction for Pisa-Livorno and exit at Ginestra Fiorentina. Continue according to the signs labeled above until you reach Montespertoli;
• • From airport Marconi di Bologna: take the A1 toward Firenze and exit at Scandicci. Take highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno toward Firenze, exit at Ginestra Fiorentina and follow signs above.

Step 2) Reach Villa Panconesi

• • Once at Montespertoli, turn left following signs for TENUTA MORIANO;
• • Continue on straight for around 700m, turn left again following the same signs, continue until you reach the stop sign;
• • Take the route for Pieve di San Piero in Mercato, continue until you reach Pieve;
• • Now, turn left following signs for Tenuta Moriano;
• • Continue for around 3km, you will find a small temple, turn right following the signs;
• • After around 1.8km, you will arrive at Villa Panconesi.
