TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

Minimum Stay
  • • Peak Season: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday
  • • Mid-season: 4 nights (in the middle of the week from Saturday to Saturday)
  • • Off-Season: 2 nights (in the middle of the week from Saturday to Saturday)
Check-in:
  • • Peak Season: Saturday from 3pm to 7pm
  • • Mid/Off-season: ask for reception schedule
Check-out:
  • • Peak Season: Saturday 10am at the latest
  • • Mid/Off-season: 10am at the latest
Price Includes
  • • Sheets for the bed and 3 bath towels per person
  • • For stays more than 7 nights, the second Saturday includes a free change of sheets
  • • Water and electric
  • • Private covered parking
  • • Wi-Fi
  • • Laundry Room (free common use washing machine)
  • • Free common use barbecue area
  • • Lockbox in the apartment
  • • Housekeeping upon departure

For a pleasant stay for both young and old the following structures are available

The price does NOT include
  • • Resident tax €1.00 per night and per person (adults over 14 years old) for the six first nights
  • • Supplementary bed: €30.00 per person per week
  • • Crib and high chair for children: €20.00 per week
  • • Pets are welcome with reservation in advance: €30.00 per pet per week
  • • Gas for heat: €3.50/m3
  • • Daily housekeeping: by request
  • • Housekeeping at the end of the stay (less than or equal to 3 nights: €40.00 for 3 rooms, €30.00 for 2 rooms)
Reservations expecting rebate of 10%
  • • Valid on reservations from the following periods: 14/01 – 24/05/2019 e 07/09 – 21/12/2019
  • • Valid on confirmed reservations 120 days before arrival

In case of reservation before 31/12/2018, the rebate Early Booking is also valid for the whole month of June, July, and August

Cancellations

The client/agency which cancels has the obligation to send a written letter (via email or fax). The communication date represents the criteria according to which the eventual penalty will be applied:

  • • 35% of the total cost of the stay for cancellations received 30 days before the arrival date
  • • 50% of the total cost of the stay for cancellations received from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date
  • • 80% of the total cost of the stay for cancellations received from 14 to 2 days before the arrival date
  • • 100% of the total cost of the stay for cancellations received 1 day before the arrival date, in case of absence or renunciation during the stay.
